ダ・ヴィンチ・コードで話題の「最後の晩餐」。
キリストの左の人物、彼／彼女が誰であるのか？が問題になっているようです。
■彼、それとも彼女？
マグダラのマリアという説が、非常に有力なように言われていますが
やはり、弟ヤコブではないか？という説も同じくらいに有力なわけです。
ダ・ヴィンチ・コードでも認めているように、キリストと、この左の人物は非常に「見た目」が似ています。それも、実の弟ヤコブ説を支持しているのでは、と思われています。
■ヤコブとは・・・
キリストが結婚していた可能性は、もちろん非常に高いものです。
それ以上に、後継者がヤコブであった、という記述の文書が多く発見されているのも事実です。
最近、ユダに関する話題が脚光を浴びていますが、それ以前にも、エジプトのナグ・ハマディ文書にしても、死海文書なども、ヤコブ後継者説の可能性を強く裏付けています。
処女受胎のマリアが、他にも子供を産んでいたなんていうことは、教会的にはねじ伏せたいのかもしれないし、そのせいで、ヤコブは消えたのかも知れません。
また、パオロというキリスト教会の設立者の都合のいいように、書き換えられたのかもしれません。
