Dear CC
We would like to apologise on behalf of ThreeSixty for the confusion surrounding the sale of the Anya Hindmarch “I am not a Plastic Bag”. The demand for these bags has overwhelmed the whole of Asia and parts of Europe.
We admit that we seriously under estimated the popularity of these bags. On the day before the bags were due to go on sale, having received advice from the Hong Kong Police due to public safety and security concerns, we took the decision to issue tickets to customers in the queue. These tickets acted as a pre-registration for those intending to buy an Anya Hindmarch “I am not a Plastic Bag”. As a result we have now sold out completely.
We take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support on the green movement of no plastic bag and for your interest in the Anya Hindmarch “I am not a Plastic Bag” and we sincerely apologise if the unforeseen events surrounding its sale resulted in you being inconvenienced in anyway.
We look forward to being of service to you at our store in the very near future.
