クローネンバーグ監督も撮ります
【東京 21日 AFP】今年で60回を迎えるカンヌ国際映画祭（60th Cannes Film Festival）の記念作品として、日本の北野武（Takeshi Kitano）監督(60)が短編映画を製作したと、北野監督の事務所が21日に伝えた。

クローネンバーグ監督はこのショートフィルムについて、Toronto Star のインタビューに次のように話しています。（thanks to Sachie-san for the info.）
"That's not quite true, but I did shoot it in my own bathroom," Cronenberg said in an interview. He mysteriously declined to reveal its title or story.
"It's sort of funny and it's sort of not funny at the same time. There are definitely laughs in it if you're a certain type of person. I showed it to Viggo Mortensen and he laughed a lot."
Could this bathroom non-epic be described as Cronenbergian?
"It's actually a different kind of film that what you might expect from me."
