今こそ立ち上がれ、男児達！

我々にあまりにも衝撃を与えたあの宮崎勤被告は、先日の最高裁で死刑になることが確定しました。その後この類の事件は、恐ろしいことに枚挙に暇がないほど発生しています。
被害者と同世代の女児をお持ちの親の方々の不安はどれほどのことでしょう。今のところ、これらの事件を防ぐ決定的な方策はないようです。もうここまできたら、小さな防犯策を何層にも重ね合わせていくしかないのでしょう。
私の近所にも小学校がありますが、冬場の日が短い季節など、暗闇のなかを一人で下校している女児を時折目にします。その後姿は、自分を狙っている犯人の目線などまったく警戒していない、きわめて無防備な姿なのです。そんな時もし犯人が彼女に近づいてきたら・・・、そう思うとゾッとします。
地域ぐるみで防犯活動を行ったり、お子様をもつ親の方々が、登下校の送り迎えを徹底することが完璧に実施できればいいのですが、現実としては限界があると思います。もう一層、何か防犯策はないものでしょうか・・・。
ひとつ思うことがあります。それは犯人のターゲットが子供であっても男児ではなく、ことごとく女児だということです。この事実に着目したとき、今まで見落としてきた新たな防犯策が浮かび上がってくるように思います。それは、「男児による女児の保護」です。
私自身の経験を例に挙げます。私が小学校５・６年生の時、クラスの生徒の大半が部活動に入部していたのですが、その関係で下校が遅くなることも度々でした。そしてそんな時は必ず、男児は女児を家の近くまで送ることになっていました。
現在の小学校の現場では、そういうことが実施されているのでしょうか？いささか不安です。それは今の小学校の風潮が、「男児が女児を家まで送る」というのが相容れない風潮になっていやしまいか、と疑わしいからです。
私が小学生の時の国語の教科書は、光村図書だったのですが、小学５年の時の教材に、日本を代表する童話作家の今江祥智さんが、その教科書のために書き下ろした、「どろんこ祭り」という小説がありました。南国土佐の太陽をうけて真っ黒に日焼けしたワイルドな女の子のせっちゃんに、いつもやりこめられている都会育ちのひ弱な男の子の三郎が、どろんこ祭りでのどろんこの集中攻撃を浴びるせっちゃんを助け出すことで、「ああ自分はやっぱり男の子で、せっちゃんは女の子なんだなあ」と確認する瞬間を描いています。「三郎は、そんなせっちゃんが変にまぶしかった。それでいて、せっちゃんを引っ張って走る自分が、これまでになく荒っぽいことが、すっかり気に入って、握った手に力をこめた。（どろんこ祭り）」という、すばらしいエンディングで結ばれているこの小説は、しかしながら残念なことに、ジェンダー論者の強い批判によって、平成３年を最後に、教科書から削除されることとなりました。「気弱で女っぽい男の子と、お転婆で男っぽい女の子が、最後にどちらも本来の男らしさ、女らしさに立ちもどるという物語であるため、性差別をあまりにも強く全面に出している作品で、このまま見過ごすことはできない」というのが批判の理由とのことです。
こういう発想の貧しい人たちを、誰か何とかしてくれ、と思わずにはいられないのですが、それはともかく、現在の小学校の風潮が、この批判に象徴されるような風潮に染まっているとすれば、これはマズイと思います。
上の写真では、女児が護身術の講習を受けていますが、私が思うに、講習を受けるべき人物は、女児ではなく、彼女達を卑劣な大人の男から守ろうとする男児であるべきだと思うのです。
今こそ立ち上がれ、小学生の男児達！

こんにちは。
おっしゃることもわからないではないですが、危険すぎます。表面にでる犯罪は確かに女子児童が多いように思えますが、男の子もこういった子供相手の犯罪などのターゲットになることもよくあります。
「男の子」といっても１０歳前後の子供が大人の腕力にかなうわけがありません。

小学校で同級生からの性暴力を受けた経験から言えば、ご提示のアイデアはほとんど無理なものと考えています。子どもは小さくても弱肉強食をしっかり身につけて、女の子の性は男が好き勝手にしていい、という世間での価値基準をきっちりと反映させて、行動に移しています。管理人様が幼少時にスカートめくりの経験がおありかどうかは問いたくありませんが（お答えいただかなくても結構です）、あれがエスカレートすることもままある、ということです。
また、koolpawさんがおっしゃられているように、少ないとはいえ、男児も被害者になっているのも事実です。データを見たときに、その数字は忘れてしまったのですが、意外に多いと驚いた記憶があります。
