＜タイクーデター＞軍事政府、新首相候補のリストを作成 - タイ
【バンコク/タイ 24日 AFP】タイ軍の関係者によると軍事政府は23日、退陣に追い込まれたタクシン・シナワット（Thaksin Shinawatra）前首相に代わる首相候補者4人を挙げるリストを作成し、民主国家への復帰を急いでいる。

タイでは過去何度もクーデターがあって政権が変わっているらしい。
タイは国王がいるため、今回も国王が軍部に事前に承認していたものらしいが、これが他の国だったら大変なことだ。それにしても、軍が何度もクーデーターをおこすのもおかしなことだ。日本とも親善のある国なのでもっと民主的に行えないものなのかと思う。
ニュースでクーデーター後にタイに旅行する日本の若い女の子達がいたが、彼女達は何を考えているのかよく分からない。現地在住の日本人は危機感を持っているようで、学校もしばらくは休校になっているみたいだ。
タクシン前首相は相当、私腹を肥やしていたみたいで、民衆が怒るのも無理はないようだ。戦車がたくさん出動しており、銃撃戦はなかったものの予断はまだ許されないようだ。
