人工牛乳って？

人工牛乳ってなんだ？
と思って調べてみました。こりゃ、つまり粉ミルクのことですな。
赤ちゃん用のミルク。これ、つまり母乳に近づけた栄養配合のミルクなんで、
そんな悪いもんでもなさそう？
などと調べてたら、やっぱあるんですよね。粉ミルク健康法なんてのが。検索するとけっこう出てきました。
これ、下痢して痩せる健康法らしいですね。
前回書きましたが、成人（特に日本人）は乳糖を分解する力が赤ちゃんより弱い。
なもんで、粉ミルクを飲めば、けっこうな人が下痢をします。
しかし、乳糖以外の栄養は吸収されるので、粉ミルクばっかり飲んでいれば、そんな身体に負担かけずに、かなり痩せる（下痢しまくって宿便が取れるらしい）というもの。
かなりハードな健康法というかダイエット法ですね。
つまるところ、牛乳＆マルチミネラル・マルチビタミンサプリメントと同じようなもんでしょうかね。いや、下剤＆サプリでもいいんじゃいかという気がしますが--------。
なんか牛乳踏んだり蹴ったりですが、
結局、健康目当てに飲むのはナンセンスなわけです。
おいしい牛乳を適量、楽しみながら
飲むようにするのが一番いいのでは、という気がします。
私は、バニラアイスはよく食いますよ。食うなって言っても食う。
健康もクソもなくうまいから食いますよ。
あとヨーグルトとチーズはいいですね、うまいです。
ヨーグルトとチーズは乳糖が分解されているから
下痢しませんし。
無理に牛乳飲むくらいなら、こちらがおすすめです。
えー、
髪から逸脱してしまいましたが、
今や身体の不調は栄養の過多から起こります。
栄養の取りすぎに注意しましょう、な時代です。
あれ買え、これ買えといった健康情報に惑わされないのが一番。
みそ汁、漬け物、米、魚、おひたしでまったくオッケーです。
サプリだの、トクホ食品だの飲料だの買い込むより、
質素な食生活、その材料に気をつかっていくのがベストなんではないかな
と思ってます。
