教育問題２ 子を持つお母さんのために
＜AFIロサンゼルス国際映画祭＞短編映画「Mother」ポートレート撮影 - 米国

また更新しますよー^^今日アクセスがすごいですね、ありがとうございます。何か晒されてたりして。（笑）
そのー、子供が自殺したり学級崩壊、ありますけれども、いわゆる学童保育について詳しくまとめている女性誌の記事を見ましたので、再掲しようと思います。お母さん方が子供を育てるのが生きる足かせになってはいけませんし、そういう意味でも役立つと思いましたので。教育についての過激発言フォロー第二回、ということで。（笑）
まあ放課後児童を保育する、こういう施策が、学童保育、です。厚労省ですよ。親の就職証明で参加できる。１９９２に共働き家庭が、専業主婦家庭を上回り、不況も継続。それで人気が不動のものになった制度ですね。現在７割弱の小学校区、１５８５８ヶ所に設置されていて、６８万人の子供が利用している、と。目標は大雑把に説明すれば、家庭の延長線上の温かい場所、です。
で、来年から文科省と連携するらしいんですが、それは「放課後子供プラン」とかいう枠組みです。今も学業に重点を置くため学童保育を廃止する自治体がありますが、来年以降文科省の「放課後子供教室」と両者の補助金が都道府県で一本化されるので、学童保育がなくなる心配がされているそうであります。
学童保育には、専用の部屋と専任の指導員が必要なんですねー。
既に一体化している自治体は、たとえば２００１年～の品川の「スマイルスクール」ですね。６年生とかも入れる。で、免許を持つものが勉強を教えたりする。
専門の先生がＰＣや英会話もやってますよ！夕方１８時まで子供さんが集団生活と勉強を学べる。
教育ってあらためてホント大事ですよね・・。懐かしいなあ、ちょっと脱線するけど信用金庫の夏期教室とか。林間学校みたいなものですね。２０歳くらいの先生がたくさんいて、肝試しとかもやる。最初仲悪い子でも、肝試しとか終わると友情が芽生えてる・・なんか書いてて泣きそうになるね。やっぱりこの国おかしくなってる中、そんなの一回行ったぐらいじゃあんまりいろいろ学べないんでしょうが、だからこそ学童保育とかの施策の存在意義はさらに大きくなりそうですね。
やや唐突であるが、周囲に同じことを繰り返し繰り返し叱ってくれる人がいること、
これはその人にとって人生最大の幸せかもしれません。急にそんなことを思いつきました。
・・それでですね、１８時以降子供を見てもらいたいお母さんには厚労省管轄で「ファミリーサポートセンター」が全国４３７箇所ある。登録した「提供会員」が一時間６００～９００円で子供を預かってくれる。
こういうコミュニティーに属することで、
お母さん方も胃が破裂しそうな生活上の圧迫感や不安感を軽減され、
子供のほうは、思いやりのある子供に育ってほしい。
