＜ワールド・ベースボール・クラシック＞決勝 日本vsキューバ

結局、この野球大会ひと試合も見ていない。
いつ始まって、いつ負けていつ勝っていつ優勝したのかも知らずに、ぼんやりとテレビをつけるとこの話題で持ち切りである。みなが当たり前のように「知っている」ことを前提にして事は進められてゆく。
こういう体験は、味わってみるとなかなかに興味深いものがある。かつて北海道にある「富良野塾」という役者、脚本家を養成する私塾に２年間在籍していたとき、同じ様な心持ちを味わったことがある。そこにはテレビがなく、そのうえ新聞が配達されることもないので、一切の情報は入ってこない。そうしてその２年間世間で何が起きているのかまったく知らぬまま、卒業して地元に帰った僕は、ちょっとした「浦島太郎」であった。みなが当たり前のこととして知っていることを何ひとつ知らないのである。あのとき、かつて知っていた人らが一瞬「よその国」の人らに見えたのをとてもよくおぼえている。ま、しばらくすると同じように情報にまみれて、物事はすべからく当たり前のことになっていくのだけれども。
しかしあのうっすらとした孤独な心地よさは１度、経験してみる価値はある。みなが当たり前に知っていることを「知らない」だけのくせに、それを「知らない」ということで、何やら不思議と特権的な感覚を味わえるのである。
「知っている特権」を駆使するためには、それ相当の情報収集に手間ひまをかけなければならないけれども、「知らない特権」は簡単に手にはいる。テレビを見なけりゃいい。新聞を読まなければいい。
ま、とにかくそういうことで。あれほど盛り上がった野球大会も目にすることなく過ごして来たのは他でもない。今、まさに芝居の本番真っ最中だからなのである。ひと月半ほど前から、台本書きに集中し、怒濤の稽古を繰り広げ、本番に突入しているのである。この間、テレビもつけず、新聞も広げず、ただただ劇作りの日々を過ごしているのである。
この欄の更新をおこたっているのもそういう理由からであり、別に「飽きた」わけでもなく、とりたてて「あきた」わけでもない。だいたい「飽きた」もしくは「あきた」からとゆって書かなくなるほどの度胸を僕はそもそも持ってない。
なのであの。
新宿のシアタートップスという小さな劇場で日曜日までやってます。詳しいことはプロフィールのところにある「HP」を「クリっ」としてくだされば劇団HPに飛んでゆけます。そこに詳しく書かれてます。お近くの方いらっしゃいましたらどうかひとつ覗きに来てください。

「浦島」と「知っている」の中間地点に立つのが面倒だったりします。
「あ～知ってる、へー知らない、それ知ってるけど、へー知らなかった。」
情報はちょっと囁いて、さっといなくなってしまいますが、追いかける気もない。
それでそうなっちゃうんでしょうかね。
勝手に書き込んで申し訳ありませんでした。

今日『来世こそ』観に行ってきました!!
FICTIONのBBSがお休みなので、こちらにコメント残します(^_^;)
まず、常連さんは会場に入った時、舞台と音楽の厳かな雰囲気に
びっくりするかと… いつもと何だか違う雰囲気にしばし戸惑い…
でも、だんだんリラックスして癒されました(*^_^*)
今回のFICTIONは（も）絶対に観た方がいい!!!
冬の間、それぞれが活動してきたせいなのか
それぞれの存在感がなんかとってもいい感じに出来上がっていました☆
もちろんそれは、去年富良野塾で久しぶりにもまれた澄人氏の本が
よかったからに他ならないとは思いますが…(^^♪
道具作りから皆で手作りのFICTIONの10年目は輝いていました☆.。.:*･゜
明日で終わり?? もったいないな～～

テレビも新聞も無い富良野塾での生活。過多ある巷の情報から遮断される事
は、太古からの人間本来あるべき五感を研ぎ澄ます、リカバーする意味で、
何かしら現在の山下さんにプラスになっているのでは・・・。
「知らない特権」ならば、偶には日本国民中が少しの間だけ知らなかったなんて
事もある。何年か前だった。「いよいよ日本の首相が、退陣するんだってね」。
ＮＹからの一本の電話。
でもその時は、日本のどのメディアもそんな事は報じていなかった。
一瞬、「ガセネタ」なのではと思った。
しかし、国内のメディアがそれを報じ始めたのは、それから何時間も経ってからだった。日本で報じられるより先に、海外のメディアの方が現在進行形の日本国内の出来事を知っているとは、なんて面白い世の中なのだろうとその時思った。
「ＦＩＣＴＩＯＮの今回の舞台で確か「ガセネタ」と呟く台詞があった。（そう聞こえたのだが、間違っていたら申し訳ない）
「ガセネタ」と言えば最近私の知り合いが、或る有名写真誌に激写されてしまったそうだ。名刺を渡された一瞬の出来事を私達に語る彼の顔は、困惑していた。
確かにメジャーデビューしている以上、彼の身分は「公人」なのかもしれない。
でもと思う。いつ載せるつもりなのか知らないが、
どうか人の足を引っ張るような「ガセネタ」だけは、載せないで欲しい。
ＦＩＣＴＩＯＮの舞台、「ガセネタ」の台詞からそんなことを思いつつ見ている
私だった。
